What you bring
  • A well-completed commercial apprenticeship and/or at least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial sector, legal knowledge is an advantage;
  • You have practical experience with ESG, experience in procurement is a plus;

  • Confident handling of common software applications such as MS Office;

What you will do
  • Compliance: Support in the development of a group-wide compliance strategy, monitoring of compliance with laws, development and adaptation of internal rules;
  • ESG: Taking over quarterly reporting for our investors (for the CoreMedia Portugal entity), ongoing development of reporting requirements, support for annual audits;
  • Corporate Housekeeping: Drafting and adapting articles of association, bylaws and company resolutions;
  • Due Diligence: Support/coordination for future due diligence processes;
  • General insurance controlling: Support our group-wide administration and controlling of insurance policies;
  • Banks / KYC: First point of contact for banks.
  • Support in administrative tasks and office management-related activities.
