Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Community Manager to build, grow, and engage our user community across forums, social channels, and user groups. You will foster an inclusive environment and develop strategies to keep users connected to our brand, collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams.

This fully onsite role offers relocation support and the chance to influence a fast-paced AI-powered platform redefining personal and entrepreneurial resource planning.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in community or social media management.
• Experience with online communities (Discord, Reddit, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with community-building tools and analytics.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and enforce guidelines.
• Experience planning community events or initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and support user communities.
• Manage and moderate forums, social media groups, and user platforms.
• Engage with users, respond to questions, and foster positive interactions.
• Organize community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor and analyze to optimize engagement and growth.
• Identify brand advocates and superusers and activate them.
• Stay updated on community management trends and tools.
• Develop and maintain community guidelines and policies.
• Address user concerns and escalate issues when needed.
