YILPORT Iberia is seeking a Commercial Senior Specialist to join our Commercial team. The role focuses on analyzing the Iberian market, developing customer relationships, and delivering value-added logistics solutions.

Experience in logistics, shipping, or port operations is essential, with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, and knowledge of Power BI and CRM systems will support data-driven sales.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the Iberian import and export market to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customers' logistics and operational needs and translate them into competitive, value-added solutions.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive commercial actions.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Represent YILPORT Iberia at industry events and trade fairs across Portugal and Europe.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5-8 years of sales experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or port operations;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify business opportunities;
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing commercial deals;
• Experience in commercial negotiations;
• Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus);
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is an advantage);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
