Are you ready to lead the charge in bringing cutting-edge Automation and AI solutions to life? As our new Commercial Project Manager in the Commercial Building Services division, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying and scaling “ready-to-launch” digital initiatives that empower our customers, and our internal and external sales organization. This is your opportunity to define and execute impactful launch plans, shape user journeys, and engage directly with users and customers to ensure successful adoption and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

As Commercial Project Manager, you’ll drive the end-to-end commercialization of Automation/AI initiatives in a global setting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless execution across regions and teams. You’ll be the driving force behind launch planning, stakeholder communication and coordination, and post-launch engagement. Moreover, you will work with:

• Project Management: Oversee commercialization efforts globally, define and execute launch and scaling plans, and map user/customer journeys.
• Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Collaborate across borders with CBS Automation & AI, internal and external sales, Commercial Excellence, marketing, and product management.
• Impact Case Definition: Analyse current vs. future states, define success metrics, and assess impact on efficiency, value drivers, and customer experience.
• Change Management: Develop and implement global change and communication plans to ensure adoption and engagement across users, partners, and customers.
• Post-Launch Engagement: Organise webinars, newsletters, and feedback loops to maintain momentum and continuously improve tools.
• Governance and Coordination: Participate in SteerCo meetings, highlight blockers, and facilitate regular stakeholder updates across regions.

• Skilled in developing and executing launch plans and post-launch engagement strategies.
• Experience with change management, crafting inclusive communication plans and turning them into a presentable format.
• User‑centric approach with experience applying design thinking to prioritize real needs.
• Proactive, innovative, and confident in assessing business requirements and taking the lead.
• A relevant commercial master’s degree combined with experience from running projects in a global organization.

Important: This position includes travel activity of approximately 50–70 days per year.
