As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and spaces that meet the needs of clients while also adhering to local building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that are also cost-effective.

• Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and adherence to budget
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design specifications are being met
• Make adjustments to plans as necessary based on client feedback or unforeseen issues during construction
• Research new materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices to incorporate into projects

Requirements:
