Biopharma Careers seeks a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, automate, and operate cloud-native IAM infrastructure used across the organization. You'll manage Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, collaborating with global teams to ensure secure, scalable services.

The role requires strong Kubernetes and AWS experience, IaC with Terraform, and fluency in English. You’ll join a distributed IAM team within the Central Technology Office, focusing on reliability

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/CS.
• Strong hands-on experience with container platforms, esp. Kubernetes.
• Experience on AWS including EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch and S3.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, TypeScript or Ruby.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
• Excellent troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration, fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud infra.
• Automate provisioning and deployments with Infrastructure as Code.
• Build/optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive automation capabilities.
• Contribute to operational excellence through standardization and best practices.
