Devoteam Portugal is seeking a Power BI Specialist to advance our BI initiatives. You will translate complex business requirements into data models and create compelling visualizations to support strategic decisions.

You will design dashboards in Power BI, develop SQL queries, validate data quality, and promote self-service BI adoption across the organization. Fluency in French (B2+) is valued for Francophone projects.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Expert hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for data modeling (DAX) and visualization.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements.
• Language requirement: professional fluency (B2+) in French.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs for data modeling and reporting solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
• Perform data validation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
• Drive adoption of self-service BI best practices across the business.
