Decskill, an IT consulting company with a strong local and international presence, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its Cloud-Native Platform team. You will maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps, and manage Azure AKS infrastructure while ensuring security and observability across environments.

You will work with Dockerized workloads, Helm charts, and IaC tools like Terraform, contributing to platform reliability and performance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Git-based ecosystems.
• Experience with GitOps, Docker and Azure (AKS, storage, networking).
• Terraform and Helm for IaC and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with ArgoCD or FluxCD and observability practices.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement GitOps practices and automate deployments across environments.
• Manage and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure including AKS, storage and networking.
• Manage containerised environments with Docker and Kubernetes for scalability.
• Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging and observability.
• Improve production stability, availability and incident response.
• Implement secure DevOps practices, including secrets management.
• Manage and optimise artifact repositories.
• Contribute to performance, load and stress testing.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
• Collaborate with backend, mobile and other engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the DevOps/SRE platform.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD and platform automation.
