Job summary

Stratio is hiring an DevOps: Infrastructure Engineer to manage and scale the cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure that hosts our AI tools. You will deploy compute, networking and storage, manage the GitLab CI/CD platform, and ensure reliability, security and cost discipline.

You’ll work with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Linux, focusing on automation, observability and seamless integration with Stratio’s systems. A hybrid Coimbra setup is offered with on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or a related field.
• Strong experience with at least one Cloud environment (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Solid IaC and automation background (Terraform, Ansible or similar).
• Familiar with container orchestration and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux systems deployment/management experience.
• Experience collecting metrics for observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Security and IAM across cloud platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Stratio's infrastructure platform for stability, security and scalability.
• Deploy and manage cloud, networking, storage and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Run IaC with Terraform/Ansible and document actions for repeatability and automation.
• Monitor performance, reliability and cost; apply observability and FinOps best practices.
