Job summary

OSF Digital is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build reliable, secure, and scalable delivery environments. You will work with software developers, QA engineers, and release teams to automate workflows and maintain the health of our systems.

You’ll implement CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, monitor deployments, and ensure security and compliance across development, test, staging, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Build Engineer, Platform Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and pipeline automation.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of source control systems and branching strategies.
• Experience troubleshooting issues across multiple environments.
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational quality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code to create consistent, scalable environments.
• Monitor pipeline performance, deployment health, and environment stability, troubleshooting issues across development, test, staging, and production.
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to support system availability and performance.
• Improve delivery speed, reliability, and quality through automation and tooling enhancements.
• Integrate security, access control, and compliance requirements into pipelines and environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make delivery processes efficient and reliable.
• Document DevOps processes, configurations, and standards to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
