Cloud Engineering Manager (English speaking)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team.
• Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment.
• Consult customers in all aspects of enterprise Azure usage.
• Ensure timely technical decisions throughout the delivery process.
• Communicate with stakeholders and gather requirements for A‑grade delivery.
• Act as the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team and deliver on expectations.
• Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve delivery quality.
• Provide insights into feasibility and complexity of technical tasks and contribute to accurate planning.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing multi‑functional teams of engineers.
• Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Great attention to detail; nothing goes by you.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality and very detailed work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress.
• Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
