Komodo Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance on a hybrid work model. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins, manage Docker containers and Kubernetes, and apply Terraform IaC.

You’ll set up monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or Splunk, and design HA/DR with a security‑first approach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus);
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions;
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with Azure being preferred (experience with other platforms is valued);
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes);
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform;
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins;
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk;
• Experience with networking concepts including vNet creation and configuration, subnets, routing, DNS, and peerings;
• Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.

The Project

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to work on a Technology project.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins;
