LUZA Group procura um Cloud & Data Platform Engineer para se juntar ao Azure Platform Team, suportando e evoluindo plataformas de dados e IA baseadas na nuvem. O papel combina duas áreas-chave: Azure AI/ML e Microsoft Fabric, com foco na estabilidade, automação e governança.

A função envolve atuação entre Platform Engineering e Data Science, implementação de soluções de dados, gestão de workspaces e conectividade com fontes de dados, sempre alinhada com as políticas de ITSM e governança.

Qualificações

• Microsoft Azure: ML, AI Foundry AI Hub, networking e IAM.
• Fabric: Workspaces, Capacities e Governança de dados.
• Terraform e Infra as Code; OpenShift para workloads de IA.
• ITSM: gestão de requests/changes e CMDB em ambientes regulados.
• Conhecimentos de Python, SQL e Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Atuar como ponto técnico entre Azure Platform e Data Science para soluções na plataforma.
• Dar suporte e manter ambientes AI/GenAI: AI Hub, AI Projects, modelos, deployments e ambientes Dev/QA/Prod.
• Administrar Azure ML workspaces: gestão de acesso, configuração e rede.
• Provisionar infraestrutura com Terraform e manter documentação operacional.
• Contribuir para o design e evolução da plataforma com Microsoft Fabric.
• Desenvolver automação de workspace provisioning e integração com CMDB/ITSM.
• Colaborar com equipas de dados, arquitetura e infraestrutura para ingestão de dados.

Resumo / Visão geral:

We are looking for a Cloud & Data Platform Engineer to join the Azure Platform Team, supporting and evolving cloud-based data and AI platforms.
This role combines two key areas of responsibility:

• Azure AI & Machine Learning: acting as the technical point of contact between the Azure Platform Team and the Data Science team, ensuring the support, maintenance, and operational stability of AI and Machine Learning platforms.
• Microsoft Fabric: contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of the organization's data platform, supporting the delivery of new capabilities and platform automation.

Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Azure AI & Machine Learning
Act as the technical point of contact between the Azure Platform and Data Science teams, translating business and technical requirements into platform solutions.
Support and maintain existing AI and GenAI environments, including AI Hub, AI Projects, models, deployments, and associated Dev, QA, and Production environments.
Administer and support Azure Machine Learning workspaces, including access management, configuration, networking, and incident resolution.
Handle platform requests related to access provisioning, resource adjustments, private endpoints, and network configurations.
Provision and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), leveraging existing templates and standards.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Microsoft Fabric
Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Microsoft Fabric data platform.
Create and manage workspaces, capacities, and permissions in accordance with defined governance models.
Configure connectivity to data sources, including SQL integrations through on-premises and cloud gateways.
Develop platform automation solutions, including workspace provisioning and integration with CMDB and ITSM processes.
Collaborate with data, architecture, and infrastructure teams to support data ingestion initiatives and new platform requirements.
Contribute to platform standards, best practices, governance, and documentation.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Technical Skills
Microsoft Azure: Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry / AI Hub, networking (VNets, private endpoints, proxies e whitelisting), Identity and Access Management
Microsoft Fabric: Workspaces, Capacities, Gateways and Data Governance
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.
Knowledge of container platforms such as OpenShift supporting AI workloads
Experience with ITSM processes, including requests, changes, and CMDB management within regulated environments
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Ability to act as a bridge between Platform Engineering and Data Science teams.
Self-driven and capable of managing support and maintenance activities independently.
Team player with experience contributing to the delivery of new platform capabilities and solutions.
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process compliance.

Fluent in portuguese, English minimum B1
