Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager for the Coordination division, based at our Alfragide office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities

• Manage end project development contracts within the Industry Business Unit
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the implementation and management of engineering projects
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors

Profile

• Degree and/or Master's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Professional experience and training in project management
• Experience working with clients in the industrial sector, particularly in factories, green fuels, mining, or energy transition projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proactive and creative mindset
• Strong analytical and solving abilities
