A leading IT services provider in Portugal seeks a Senior Client Delivery Manager. This role involves leading cloud service delivery and building strong relationships to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer-facing roles, project management, and SAP Basis service delivery. Strong communication skills, fluency in Spanish and English are required. This position is remote, allowing a flexible working environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles.

• 3+ years in SAP Basis, infrastructure or managed services delivery.
• SAP implementation or operations experience.

• Build and grow client relationships as a strategic advisor.

• Manage escalations and align internal/external stakeholders.

• Identify upsell opportunities and support sales teams.
• Host regular status and governance meetings.

We’re looking for a Senior Client Delivery Manager to lead cloud service delivery and ensure long-term customer success. You’ll be the primary contact, owning the end-to-end delivery of services such as S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition and Cloud Application Services. Act as a trusted advisor and build impactful relationships that drive transformation.

Job Description

Minimum experience required:

• +5 years in customer-facing roles
• +1 year in project management
• +3 years in SAP Basis, infrastructure or managed services delivery.

It is mandatory that you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• SAP implementation or operations experience
• Technical understanding of virtualized infrastructure
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication with C-Level clients
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Responsibilities:
