Qualificações

• Higher Education in Civil Engineering or similar field required.
• Registration in the Order of Engineers is a must.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, and Project.
• Ability to coordinate and lead teams effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction’s economic and material resources.
• Perform technical management functions at the construction site.
• Prepare and control measurement/price review records for clients.
• Develop production methodologies and preparation drawings.
• Analyze work plans, site charges, personnel, and equipment loads.

• Participate and support the management of the construction’s economic and material resources;
• Take on technical management functions in carrying out work and coordinating production activities on the construction site;
• Support in the preparation and control of measurement/price review records for Subcontractors / Suppliers / Clients;
• Develop/prepare production methodologies and preparation of preparation drawings;
• Analyze the work plan, site charges, personnel, and equipment load.

Profile:

• Higher Education in Civil Engineering or similar field;
• Registration in the Order of Engineers;
• Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Advanced user of MS Office, namely Excel, Word and Project;
• Ability to coordinate and lead people and teams.
