agap2 indústria in Leiria, Portugal is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our on-site team. You will lead civil works across project areas, supervise construction activities, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, has hands-on experience with large-scale infrastructure, and demonstrates a results-driven mindset, leadership, and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of civil works across project areas, coordinating site activities to keep construction on track.
• Drive site coordination and quality control, ensuring contractors deliver work per project requirements.
• Coordinate resources, logistics, and interfaces with other disciplines for smooth construction.
• Identify site constraints and implement practical solutions to maintain progress.
• Report on construction performance and progress to the Project Manager.

• Lead the execution of civil works across assigned project areas, coordinating site activities to keep construction on track;
• Drive site coordination and quality control, ensuring that contractors deliver work in line with project requirements and current technical documentation;
• Coordinate resources, logistics, and interfaces with other disciplines to facilitate smooth and uninterrupted construction activities;
• Identify site constraints and potential issues early, working with the relevant teams to implement practical solutions and maintain project progress;
• Report on construction performance and progress, providing the Project Manager with clear updates on key developments, risks, and areas requiring attention.
