Vestas is seeking a senior Supply Chain Risk & Resilience professional to develop and implement CIM planning solutions within SIOP, ensuring high availability by prioritising capacity for CIM‑impacted materials. You will interact with stakeholders across the organisation and drive continuous improvement to optimise inventory and service levels.

Based in Porto with hybrid work, the role requires strong analytics, SAP ERP/IBP experience and the ability to work across global teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or MSc in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or similar or relevant training.
• Approximately +5 years' experience in global supply chain within SIOP/S&OP contexts.
• Solid experience in maintaining supply planning processes.
• Familiar with SAP ERP / SAP IBP systems or similar.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and business impact.
• Proven ability to deliver results, communicate effectively, and manage change.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate demand and supply plan for the platform.
• Own and govern CIM planning within SIOP; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead CIM performance meetings with SBUs and stakeholders.
• Provide fact-based opportunities/risks of supply chain performance on CIM cases.
• Align demand vs supply plans with CIM, SBUs, Procurement, Buying, Engineering, Logistics.
• Coordinate CIM task forces and risk mitigation actions; report to leadership.
