A ACT Digital está a contratar um Chief Technology Officer (CTO) para liderar a estratégia tecnológica, apoiar o crescimento empresarial e posicionar a empresa no mercado europeu. Baseado em Portugal ou Espanha, o CTO colaborará com Country Managers, Líderes Regionais e equipas de Vendas para desenvolver proposições de valor orientadas pela tecnologia.

Qualificações

• 15+ anos de experiência em liderança tecnológica, consultoria, engenharia de software ou transformação digital.
• Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de negócios e ciclos de venda complexos.
• Experiência com stakeholders de nível executivo (C-level).
• Desejável experiência em consultoria, engenharia digital ou serviços de tecnologia.
• Capacidade de traduzir objetivos de negócio em soluções tecnológicas.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar desenvolvimento de negócios e presales na Ibéria e França potenciais.
• Colaborar com Country Managers, Business Managers e equipas de Vendas para crescer o negócio.
• Definir propostas de valor orientadas pela tecnologia que gerem receitas.
• Participar em reuniões executivas, apresentações a clientes, workshops e defesas de propostas.
• Apoiar RFPs, grandes programas de transformação e iniciativas estratégicas.
• Traduzir oportunidades comerciais em soluções tecnológicas escaláveis e diferenciadas.
• Aumentar a credibilidade e visibilidade da ACT Digital junto de per líquidos executivos.
• Gerir o pipeline de IA da empresa.
• Atuar como consultor de confiança para CIOs, CTOs, CISOs e líderes de Transformação Digital.
• Estabelecer relações de longo prazo com clientes estratégicos e parceiros.
• Promover visão tecnológica da ACT Digital na Europa.
• Conduzir iniciativas de inovação em Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data e IA.
• Representar a ACT Digital em conferências e eventos setoriais.

About the Opportunity

As part of ACT Digital's continued expansion across Europe, we are seeking a visionary and business-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, support business growth, and strengthen our market positioning across European regions.

Based in Portugal or Spain, the CTO will work closely with Country Managers, Regional Leadership, Sales Teams, Delivery Leaders, and Strategic Clients across Europe.

Operating at the intersection of Technology, Innovation, and Business Development , this role will be instrumental in accelerating growth, supporting strategic sales opportunities, developing differentiated technology propositions, and positioning ACT Digital as a trusted partner in:

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pre-Sales Leadership

• Support strategic sales opportunities across Iberia and potentially France.
• Partner with Country Managers, Business Managers, and Sales Teams to drive business growth.
• Shape compelling, technology-driven value propositions that contribute to revenue generation.
• Participate in executive meetings, client presentations, workshops, and proposal defenses.
• Support complex RFPs, large transformation programs, and strategic pursuits.
• Translate commercial opportunities into scalable and differentiated technology solutions.
• Increase ACT Digital’s credibility and visibility among C-level stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the company’s AI deal pipeline.

Client Engagement & Executive Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, and other executive stakeholders.
• Establish long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Challenge client assumptions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Translate business challenges into impactful technology solutions.
• Support account development and strategic growth initiatives.

Technology Strategy & Innovation

• Define and promote ACT Digital’s technology vision across Europe.
• Identify emerging technology trends and market opportunities.
• Support the evolution of service offerings and technology capabilities.
• Drive innovation initiatives across Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, and AI.
• Advise leadership teams on technology investments and market evolution.

Artificial Intelligence Leadership

• Define and support ACT Digital’s AI strategy across Europe.
• Promote AI-related offerings and business opportunities.
• Identify client use cases involving Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Platforms, and Automation.
• Position ACT Digital as a recognized AI-driven technology partner.
• Foster the internal adoption of AI technologies and innovation initiatives.

Delivery & Technical Excellence

• Provide guidance on complex solution architectures and technology decisions.
• Support delivery teams in overcoming technical challenges.
• Promote engineering excellence, innovation, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency and quality across technology approaches, projects, and countries.
• Foster collaboration between Sales, Technology, and Delivery teams.

Thought Leadership

• Represent ACT Digital at conferences, executive forums, client events, and industry discussions.
• Share insights on Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Software Engineering, Technology Trends, and Digital Transformation.
• Strengthen ACT Digital’s reputation within the European technology ecosystem.
• Contribute to webinars, publications, marketing initiatives, and strategic content development.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Technology Leadership, Consulting, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Technology Services.
• Proven track record supporting business development and complex sales cycles.
• Strong experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
• Previous experience within a consulting, digital engineering, or technology services organization is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business objectives and technology strategy.

Technical Expertise

• Strong expertise in Software Engineering and Digital Platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
• Good understanding of:
