This senior role oversees platform engineering and product engineering teams, shaping organisation design, capability, and delivery excellence.

You will partner with Data, AI, Security, Governance and Product teams to align engineering with business strategy.

Qualificações

• Significant engineering leadership experience (12+ years) in software/technology organisations.
• Proven success leading large engineering functions through managers and senior leaders.
• Experience scaling teams and transforming organisations while maintaining delivery momentum.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership across platform, infrastructure, backend, frontend, and business service delivery teams.
• Build and evolve an organisation structure that supports growth and efficiency.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, succession management, and talent development.
