Job summary

LBC is a strategic consultancy, digital transformation and talent development company. The Head of AI Center of Competence will lead the development of LBC's AI capability, shaping strategy, governance and a scalable portfolio of AI services across the organisation.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive revenue growth, and ensure high client satisfaction while navigating AI governance, privacy and EU regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in AI, data, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in business development or strategic consulting.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams with technical profiles.
• Strong commercial, financial and delivery-management judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own and update LBC's AI strategy, priorities and operating model.
• Build and scale AI enablement services, solutions and products.
• Lead strategic client conversations and shape major proposals.
• Oversee flagship AI engagements with strong delivery and client outcomes.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing AI team and drive internal transformation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Economics / Industrial Engineering & Management

Master's degree in Information Systems or AI
