A Greenvolt Group procura um Specialist em Change Management para a equipa de IT Transformation. Irá apoiar estratégias de adoção de novas tecnologias e formas de trabalhar, envolvendo stakeholders e facilitando a adoção organizacional.

Procura-se experiência em gestão de mudanças, conhecimento de Microsoft 365 e competências avançadas de comunicação em ambiente internacional. Regime híbrido com 2 dias de teletrabalho, benefícios competitivos.

Qualificações

• 4+ anos de experiência em Gestão de Mudanças Organizacionais, idealmente em ambientes de transformação digital.
• Experiência comprovada na implementação de iniciativas de mudança ao longo do ciclo de vida de projetos.
• Conhecimento sólido de metodologias de Change Management e melhores práticas.
• Excelência em comunicação, apresentação, facilitação e gestão de stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar a definição e execução de estratégias de Change Management para projetos de IT e transformação digital.
• Avaliar o impacto organizacional de novos sistemas, processos e ferramentas.
• Desenhar e implementar planos de comunicação, estratégias de formação e iniciativas de adoção.
• Liderar atividades de engagement de stakeholders para alinhamento e sponsorship.
• Identificar resistência à mudança e promover adoção sustentável.
• Acompanhar equipes de negócio durante implementação tecnológica e transição.
• Estabelecer redes de Change Champions e Key Users e monitorizar adopção com KPIs.
• Colaborar com IT, HR, Comunicação e parceiros externos.

At Greenvolt, we're accelerating digital transformation across our international business. We are looking for an IT Change Management Specialist to join our IT Transformation team and play a key role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the definition and execution of Change Management strategies for IT and digital transformation projects. Assess the organizational impact of new systems, processes, tools, and ways of working. Design and implement communication plans, training strategies, and adoption initiatives. Lead stakeholder engagement activities to foster alignment, sponsorship, and commitment to change. Identify and address resistance to change while promoting sustainable adoption. Support business teams throughout technology implementation and transition processes. Establish and coordinate Change Champion and Key User networks. Contribute to readiness, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation activities. Define and monitor adoption KPIs, measuring engagement, proficiency, usage, and satisfaction. Gather feedback and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Communications, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally within digital transformation environments. Proven experience delivering change initiatives across the full project lifecycle. Experience supporting the adoption of enterprise technologies such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions. Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

Experience working in multinational environments. Prosci ADKAR Certification or equivalent. Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Agile, or Scrum.
