Work in USA is seeking a reliable Cashier for our Porto store to process transactions accurately and provide exceptional customer service. You will maintain a clean checkout area and assist customers with inquiries, ensuring smooth operations.

Cashier for Porto Store

Our store in Porto is looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. You will also play an important role in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or concerns
• Scan items and process payments using various methods, such as cash, credit cards, and gift cards
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
• Resolve customer complaints or escalates to a manager if necessary
• Keep track of inventory levels and inform the manager when stock is low
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the store

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
• Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The selected candidate must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with other benefits such as paid time off and employee discounts.
