Trustly, Inc. is seeking a Cash & Payments Specialist to join the FinOps team in Lisbon. You will manage payment prioritisation, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations, partnering with Treasury to optimize cash outflows and funding alignment with business needs.

The role requires 2–3 years in accounts payable or treasury operations, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Fluent English is essential for a global finance function.

Qualificações

• Experience with accounts payable or treasury operations, including bank reconciliation and cash management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail and collaborative working style.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Payment Prioritisation & Cash Management: Work with AP and Accounting to understand what needs to be paid, when, and why.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations for assigned accounts and clear mismatches.
• Process & Platform Improvement: Review current platforms and support new systems and process changes to improve efficiency.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for payment and reconciliation questions from internal stakeholders and vendors.
