Inetum is actively seeking a junior Cash Management specialist in Lisbon to support implementation projects for corporate clients and ensure smooth onboarding. You will coordinate design-to-go-live activities, provide post-implementation support, and serve as a primary client contact during key milestones.

Fluent English is mandatory, with strong Excel skills and a client-focused, proactive approach. This role offers growth within a leading European digital services company and collaboration

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Banking Operations, Financial Operations, Payments, Cash Management, or Financial Services.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of Cash Management solutions for a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Assist in coordinating implementation projects from solution design to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Act as a point of contact for clients during implementation activities and daily follow-up.
• Support client communications and provide updates on implementation progress and key milestones.
• Deliver user training sessions and assist clients during onboarding and solution adoption.
• Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Cash Management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and knowledge sharing.
