Support the implementation of Cash Management solutions for a portfolio of corporate clients. Assist in the coordination of implementation projects from solution design to go-live and post-implementation support. Act as a point of contact for clients during implementation activities and daily follow-up. Support client communications and provide updates on implementation progress and key milestones. Deliver user training sessions and assist clients during onboarding and solution adoption. Monitor client satisfaction and escalat...issues when required. Support incident investigation and resolution activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and reporting requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Cash Management team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and knowledge sharing.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience in Banking Operations, Financial Operations, Payments, Cash Management, or Financial Services. Strong interest in Cash Management and Corporate Banking solutions. Experience working with clients, customer support, or stakeholder interaction is an advantage. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Client-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach. Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools. Knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, Banking Operations, or Corporate Deposits is considered an advantage.
