We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly individuals in Lisbon. As a Caregiver you will be responsible for helping with daily tasks such as bathing dressing meal preparation and medication reminders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with elderly individuals and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
• Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding if needed
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medical appointments
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to promote physical and mental well-being
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry dishes and tidying up
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding the clients needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a caregiver for elderly individuals
• Certification in First AidCPR
• Ability to speak Portuguese or willingness to learn
• Compassionate patient and understanding nature
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid work permit or Portuguese citizenship

Salary

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1500$ per month
