Ryanair Group Holdings in Lisbon is hosting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day to attract energetic individuals for a future role in our cabin crew team. The event outlines a full-time opportunity with potential for growth across Ryanair Group’s numerous bases.

The journey starts with a 6-week training course to learn safety and customer service skills, followed by exams, then supernumerary flights and Cabin Crew Wings.

Qualificações

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm (5'2" to 6'2").
• Able to swim 25 metres unaided and assist others.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, flexible attitude.
• Strong English language skills; able to pass language assessment.
• Passion for travelling and meeting people.

As Europe’s largest airline group carrying over 600K guests on over 3,600 daily flights, we are looking for the next generation of cabin crew to join us in the Autumn/Winter months at one of our 90+ operational bases. Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member will start on a 6-week training course where you will learn all of the fundamental skills that you will require as part of your day-to-day role delivering a top-class safety & customer service experience to our guests. During the course you will be required to study with exams taking place at regular intervals, the training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding, it is however a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will be required to operate both early & late shifts & report for duty as early as 5 am in the morning on the early roster & not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. If you are not a morning person, then think twice before applying!

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EUand / or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
• You must approximately be between 5 “2 (157 cm) and 6” 2 (188 cm) in height.
• You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, and supporting someone else
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment
