Crewlink is the official recruitment partner for Ryanair. We are recruiting for Cabin Crew positions to operate out of a Ryanair Base across Europe.

Our In-Person Assessment Day is on 17 September 2026 at 10:30am, with invitations following review of applications. Cabin Crew roles offer real career opportunities, with fantastic staff travel benefits for crews who excel in this fast-paced, customer-focused role.

Qualificações

• Customer service background essential (e.g., bar, restaurant, shop).
• Legal entitlement to work across the EU.
• Must be between 157 cm and 188 cm tall.
• Must be able to swim 25 metres unaided.
• Hardworking, flexible with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
• Passion for travelling and meeting people.

We are currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions for one of our many bases and would be delighted to meet you at one of our In Person Assessment Days!

• A customer service-oriented background, ie previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, shop etc


• Applicants must demonstrate their legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU.


• You must be between approximately 5 \"2 (157 cm) and 6\" 2 (188 cm) in height.


• You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.


• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.


• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.


• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.


• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
