About The Job

Within Procurement & Performance, you will join the Procurement Operations Team. As a Buyer, your mission is to operate on the internal clients’ behalf, the purchase of IT Services, ensuring the respect of regulation and BNP Paribas’ standards, applying category-sourcing strategy and achieving savings target.

Your Main Activities Are
  • Support your clients (BNP Paribas entities) in their purchasing requests, ensure client satisfaction (quality, costs, processing time)
  • Coordinate RFP (Request for Proposal) processes and analyze suppliers’ offers
  • Negotiate the best price and contractual conditions with the providers and achieve savings target
  • Prepare application contracts and ensure compliance with regulation, BNP Paribas’ standards and framework contracts
  • Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools
Profile And Skills To Success
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or Law
  • At least 1 year of Experience in procurement related activities (purchasing, finance or operations)
  • Knowledge of IT regulations and requirements in IT contracts desirable
  • Knowledge of procurement software
  • Proficiency in reading, negotiating and managing contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong ability for negotiation
