Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. We are seeking two Business Excellence Managers to join us — one permanent and one fixed-term (to cover an employee on leave) position. As a Business Excellence Manager, you will support all capabilities within the Amgen Capability Center Portugal (ACCP), including Site Operations and GCO Capabilities. This role leads business process improvement initiatives, partnering with capability heads and teams to analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, perform root cause analyses, and drive process optimization or transfers.
The Business Excellence Manager defines objectives, establishes timelines, monitors progress, and escalates issues when needed. Beyond process improvement, the role supports cross-functional initiatives critical to achieving ACCP’s long-term vision. You will report to the Associate Director, Business Excellence Lead.
Expected travel will be mostly domestic (minimal international) up to 5% of the time.
