Are you a proactive, people-focused professional with a passion for design and business growth?

We’re looking for aBusiness Development Executiveto help an established European interiors brand expand into the Portuguese market.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company known for its beautifully crafted interior design details and exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a key role in developing the brand’s presence in Portugal, working remotely for the first 18 months while preparations are made to open a Lisbon showroom.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with trade and retail customers, driving sales performance, and representing the brand’s values of quality, design, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with trade and retail clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and property sectors.
  • Coordinate customer interactions to deliver a premium experience from first contact to after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan promotional activities and events.
  • Support the setup and eventual launch of the Lisbon showroom.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese essential
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the interior design, architecture, or home improvement industry preferred.
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or training.
