Broadway Malyan in Lisbon is seeking a Business Developer to support growth in Portugal and across our international practice. This early-career role requires a proactive, organized, commercially curious candidate who enjoys working with people.

You will work with design, business development and leadership teams to identify opportunities, build relationships and position the practice for new work across markets.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years’ relevant experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify potential clients, sectors and new business opportunities.
• Build an understanding of our key markets and help track emerging opportunities.
• Support the development of client and partner relationships.
• Maintain an active view of the Lisbon studio’s business development pipeline.
• Coordinate new opportunities from initial identification through to submission.
• Work with bid and design teams to shape proposals, presentations and tender responses.
• Track key deadlines, requirements and actions across live opportunities.
• Help ensure the right experience, people and project credentials are brought together for each opportunity.
• Contribute to client engagement, networking and events.
• Help strengthen presence in Portugal and with marketing teams.
• Keep project experience and market materials up to date.
