In a nutshell
As Business Delivery Manager within our Digital OnLine (DOL) team, you will lead a cross‑functional IT team closely aligned with business stakeholders. Your mission: drive user satisfaction, maximize application adoption, oversee deployments of new modules and geographies and ensure seamless incident and request management.
Where you will be based and what business you will support
Based in Lisbon, Portugal; you will support our Eurofins Digital OnLine (DOL) team, which ismanaging multiple eCommerce products. The team is continuously improving the applications to meet business demand and improve customer satisfaction.
