HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will work within an agile Scrum team, translating stakeholder input into refined user stories and managing requirements from discovery to sprint-ready delivery in Azure DevOps.

You will collaborate with a client Product Manager and business stakeholders to ensure the built solution reflects business needs, with a focus on clear acceptance criteria and effective backlog refinement.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Scrum/Agile delivery environment.
• Track record of working on web solution projects — understanding digital product delivery from requirements through release.
• Fluent English — written and spoken, for stakeholder engagement and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Capture, refine, and manage requirements for a web solution in an agile Scrum setting.
• Write clear, well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and keep the backlog sprint-ready.
• Collaborate closely with Product Manager and business stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and validate requirements.
