Komodo Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Business Analyst to work on a Banking project. You will manage functional solutions for financial interfaces, define data flows, document specifications, and coordinate tasks across IT and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in banking or financial services, accounting knowledge, familiarity with banking products, experience with financial information systems, project management, and advanced MS Excel.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting.
• Familiarity with banking products or capital markets products.
• Experience with financial information systems.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum B2 level of English, with Portuguese language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage functional solutions for financial interfaces supporting key reporting streams, including financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk.
• Define operational and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures based on project requirements.
• Document functional and technical specifications for implementation by IT, financial systems, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate tasks and stakeholders across projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the evolution of the chart of accounts as required by the adopted solution.
• Contribute to testing strategies and carry out all accounting and reporting test phases.
• Ensure post-implementation support for reporting users.

The Project

We are seeking a Business Analyst to work on a Banking project.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage functional solutions for financial interfaces supporting key reporting streams, including financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk;
• Define operational and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures based on project requirements;
• Document functional and technical specifications for implementation by IT, financial systems, and engineering teams;
• Coordinate tasks and stakeholders across projects to ensure timely delivery;
• Support the evolution of the chart of accounts as required by the adopted solution;
• Contribute to testing strategies and carry out all accounting and reporting test phases;
• Ensure post-implementation support for reporting users.
