InnoWave in Lisbon seeks a dynamic Business Analyst to help shape requirements and ensure clear understanding between clients and the project team. You will write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support evolving applications through thorough requirements gathering.

The ideal candidate brings up to 10 years' experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication and analytical skills. English proficiency is mandatory for collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with testing and validating communications (SMS/Email/Letter).
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them for developers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies.

Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and validation of communications (SMS, Email, and Letter).
• Ensure client requirements are clearly understood by the project team and developers.
• Support the evolution of existing applications and the design of new ones through requirements gathering.
• Elaborate and operationalize test acceptance criteria.

Skills

• Up to 10 years' experience in the role for which the service is being hired.
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or other relevant field.
• Experience with project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking.
• Excellent analysis and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proactivity.
• Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce (a plus).
• Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence tools (valued).
• Languages (written and spoken): English (mandatory)
