Clear. is seeking a skilled engineer to manage BMS/EPMS packages for a major data centre project in Sines, Portugal. You will coordinate design teams, vendors, and site operations, chair technical workshops, and drive timely commissioning and handover.

The role focuses on building automation, commissioning, and integration, with responsibility for QA/QC, and handling L3 testing outputs and site progress documentation.

Qualificações

• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Controls.
• Proven experience with BMS/EPMS on large-scale or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of building automation, commissioning, and integration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage BMS/EPMS package from install through commissioning and final handover
• Lead coordination between design teams, vendors, and site operations
• Chair technical workshops and drive resolution of design and site issues
• Review drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals
• Oversee commissioning activities, ensuring programme alignment
• Act as main point of contact for vendors and stakeholders
• Review L3 testing outputs and system performance
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and sign-off of completed works
• Manage commissioning documentation and track progress via Cx systems

BMS / EPMS Package Manager Portugal, Sines €85,000 – €95,000 + Rotation, Flights & Private Accommodation Overview Join a major data centre project team delivering critical BMS and EPMS systems from installation through to commissioning and handover. This role is central to coordinating vendors, driving programme, and ensuring quality delivery on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BMS/EPMS package from install through commissioning and final handover
• Lead coordination between design teams, vendors, and site operations
• Chair technical workshops and drive resolution of design and site issues
• Review drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals
• Oversee commissioning activities, ensuring programme alignment

Requirements
