wTVision is seeking an Entry-level Deployment Technician in Portugal to support setup and maintenance of On‑Air Graphics, AR, and Playout systems for live broadcasts. You will ensure seamless operations, assist colleagues and clients, and help implement automation across deployments.

Strong knowledge of video/audio systems, TCP/IP, and networking, plus fluent Portuguese and good English, are required. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is expected.

Qualificações

• Degree in Video/Audio Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN.
• Knowledge of video and audio systems.
• Basic understanding of programming and electronics.
• Fluent in Portuguese and a good level of spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
• Valid B1 driving licence.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and configure multiple wTVision solutions (On‑Air Graphics, AR, Playout) for live productions.
• Provide technical guidance to internal and external clients, ensuring project priorities align with operational goals.

IT Deployment Technician

As a Deployment Technician in the Deployment department, you will play a crucial role in the setup and maintenance of various wTVision solutions, including On‑Air Graphics, Augmented Reality, and Playout systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless technical performance during live broadcasts and implementing automated systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Set up and configure multiple wTVision solutions (On‑Air Graphics, Augmented Reality, Playout) for live productions. Provide technical guidance to internal and external clients, ensuring that project priorities align with operational goals. Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, network, and audiovisual issues to minimise disruptions during live broadcasts. Requirements

Degree in Video/Audio Engineering/technical certification in related fields or equivalent experience. Knowledge of network fundamentals: TCP/IP – LAN. Knowledge of video and audio systems. Basic understanding of programming and electronics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information. Quick adaptability to new technologies and an autonomous approach to problem‑solving. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced production setting. Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of spoken and written English (C1 or higher). Valid B1 driving licence. Full availability for frequent national and international travel.
