OasisConstruct UAE is seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Braga, Portugal. The role focuses on ensuring efficiency, safety, and organized processes while leading a team of workers.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in fast-paced warehouses, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Accommodation is provided as part of the package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or management preferred.
• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and guide team members toward goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse workers and assign tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure stock.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods per company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep the warehouse organized.
