POAR in Braga, Portugal is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software, maintain network connections, and help new equipment setup to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 2 years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and clear communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with network troubleshooting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance and support to clients with computer systems, hardware, and software issues.
• Troubleshoot network connections, printers, and other hardware devices.
• Install and configure new equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Monitor system performance and identify any issues or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.
