UrbanForm Developments in Braga, Portugal is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. You will operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes and loaders on construction and related projects, ensuring on-time progress and safety compliance.

The role is full-time with a monthly salary of 1,600 USD, with responsibilities including routine maintenance, reading project plans, and coordinating with the team to maximize efficiency.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their functions.
• Ability to read project plans and blueprints.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Must be able to work full-time in Braga Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers excavators backhoes and loaders.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
• Read and understand project plans and blueprints.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks as assigned.
