ba&sh is seeking a Sales Assistant to be a friendly, knowledgeable brand ambassador in our store. You will be supervised by the store Manager and interact directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

You will maintain a tidy shop, present silhouettes with care, manage stock, and strive to grow loyalty and turnover through informed advice. Diversity and a positive attitude are valued in our team.

Responsabilidades

• Offer personalised purchasing experience to customers.
• Keep the point of sale clean and tidy; merchandising up to date.
• Stock management and KPI awareness (sales index, basket, transformation rate).
• Be the brand ambassador and uphold CSR policy at the point of sale.
