Winthrop Technologies is seeking an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a major data centre project team in Sines, Portugal. The role will manage delivery, coordination, and commissioning of BMS and EPMS through to final handover.

Candidates should have background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, and experience with BMS/EPMS on large-scale projects. Strong communication and vendor coordination skills are essential.

• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage BMS/EPMS package delivery from installation through commissioning.
• Chair BMS workshops between design team and BMS provider.
• Attend daily coordination meetings and afternoon DABs.
• Act as main point of contact for vendors and resolve site issues.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and progress design queries.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to keep commissioning on schedule.
• Attend commissioning, client, and vendor meetings.
• Review L3 testing outputs (screenshots, system performance).
• Inspect completed works for QA/QC sign-off.
• Manage and upload commissioning documentation to the Cx portal, track RAG.

• Attend commissioning, client, and vendor meetings

• Inspect completed works for QA/QC sign-off
• Manage and upload commissioning documentation to the Cx portal, tracking RAG status

Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Controls
• Experience with BMS/EPMS systems on large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Strong understanding of Building Automation, commissioning and system integration
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage vendor coordination
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
