Job summary

Quadrante in Portugal is seeking a BIM Modeler – Industrial Structures to join our team in Porto. You will model industrial structures in a BIM environment, following company standards and international regulations.

You will create 3D models, produce drawings and schedules, coordinate with architecture and MEP, and help resolve clashes to ensure safe, efficient project delivery. Ideal candidates have Revit expertise, experience with steel and reinforced concrete, and strong communication and

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education (12th grade) or a technical drafting qualification.
• Experience in steel and reinforced concrete structures.
• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to read and interpret data.
• Adaptability and ability to work across different types of projects.
• Accuracy, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and model industrial structures in a BIM environment, in accordance with company standards and applicable national and international regulations.
• Create and manage 3D digital models and associated technical information to support engineering activities.
• Produce technical drawings, model extractions, and documentation from BIM models (plans, sections, details, and schedules).
• Model and coordinate structural elements (concrete, steel, foundations, etc.), ensuring alignment with engineering design.
• Ensure multidisciplinary coordination (structures, architecture, MEP), identifying and resolving clashes through coordination processes.
