MoOngy Group is seeking a QA Test Lead - Automation & Functional Testing (French Speaker) to design and drive automated testing strategies in a hybrid Portugal-based role. You will lead test teams, implement CI/CD integrated tests, and ensure quality across Java, Cypress, and SQL workloads.

Responsibilities include coordinating testing activities, reporting KPIs, mentoring peers, and collaborating with DevOps to improve pipelines.

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests, execute manual and automated testing, identify and track defects.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities, prepare test reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead, guide, coach and mentor test teams, coordinate with stakeholders and development/DevOps teams.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, troubleshoot test pipelines, support continuous improvement.
