Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a fluent French-speaking customer support specialist to join a global payment solutions project. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through transactions, security procedures, and account management.

This role offers a base salary of €930/month plus an attendance bonus and meal allowance, with health insurance from day one. Expect 24/7 rotas, two consecutive days off per week, and a multicultural, inclusive work

Qualificações

• Fluent French speaker with strong communication skills (C1+).
• English proficiency for internal communication (B1+).
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Provide expert guidance on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
