AVEC in Lisbon is hiring Content Moderation Specialists to review and moderate digital content in a structured team. This on-site role includes relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal and a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday).

You will evaluate content against platform guidelines and escalate issues as needed, ensuring quality and compliance. Relocation assistance is provided, and you will join a professional, multicultural environment with on-boarding and training to help you

Qualificações

• German language level B2 strong or C1 preferred.
• Good level of English.
• Valid work permit for Portugal or EU nationality (mandatory).
• Ability to work on-site, full-time.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Experience in content moderation or contact center is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate online content according to internal policies.
• Ensure content complies with legal and platform guidelines.
• Identify and escalate non-compliant content.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards.
• Work collaboratively within a structured moderation team.
