LUZA Group is seeking a driven BI Developer to transform data into actionable insights. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, build data models, optimize ETL processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into KPIs.

The role requires 3+ years in BI/Data Analytics, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and a business-minded mindset. Remote work is available when possible, with equipment provided and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong Power BI, DAX, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English and Spanish proficiency is a plus.

What You'll do:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring usability, accuracy, and performance.
• Build and optimize data models and DAX measures according to business requirements.
• Develop SQL queries and support data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Contribute to Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective BI solutions.
• Optimize BI solutions and reporting performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Document data models, KPIs, and BI solutions following established standards.

Who You Are:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar.
• Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modelling.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a business-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Cloud data platforms and Power BI certification is a plus.
• Advanced English and Spanish is a plus.
