Job Description

• Leading the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and analysts.
• Mentoring and coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Developing and implementing best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party APIs.
• Writing and executing unit and integration tests. Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Technical Architect are preferred.
• Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English Proficiency (written and spoken).
